Mr. Israel has been a public figure for some 25 years as an entrepreneur in a number of areas including communications and contingency planning, disaster recovery expert, business technology and SEC Compliance consultant and business strategist. 

Ken has been a founder, President, CEO and Chairman of both publicly held and private companies.  He has a technical background in Management Information Systems, Emergency Preparedness & Contingency Planning, Project Management, Communications Architecture and infrastructure.  He has led significant building and design projects for major financial institutions, airlines, power companies and insurance companies, worldwide.  He is considered an expert in contingency planning and emergency preparedness and management.  As a consultant Mr. Israel assisted companies in preparing for initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, compliance with current securities regulations and governing authorities for the Securities and Banking industries.   

As a consultant, Ken has worked for Raytheon, Bechtel, Fluor Power, IBM, Northern States Power (NSP-Reliant Energy) US West, SBC, Nynex, Teleport Communications Group, Bloomberg and many other Fortune 500 companies.
