Charles Moskowitz
—
senior vice president
Following over twenty years of experience in all
phases of marketing and trading activities on Wall Street, Charles founded
MoneyInfo, Inc. in 1997. MoneyInfo has helped small to intermediate public
companies achieve a higher degree of public and investor awareness through
client specific programs which focus their financial plans, and form these
plans into cohesive stories. He has directly participated in the long-term
realization of potential for several companies, which has included
involvement in projects related to the introduction, negotiation and
structuring of acquisitions. With a history of retail and institutional
sales, Charles has developed relationships with hundreds of brokers that
provide a channel of distribution of client securities. Throughout his
career, Charles has traded all types of securities thus having the
experience to provide clients with real-time information on the trading of
their securities, particularly around milestone events. He has helped
several new, small and micro cap companies with their moves from OTCBB and
Pink Sheets to the American Stock Exchange.
Charles was a retail broker with Dean Witter specializing in Commodity
futures in the early 1970’s, and later became Manager and Head Trader of
California Trading Group, a Commodity fund. In 1976, he moved to Bear
Stearns where he assumed responsibility for the identification of
acquisition and merger partners for private equity players.
Charles’ experience spans industry lines including software, food,
manufacturing, media and “green” technology groups. He graduated with a BA
from the University of Miami in Florida.
