Brittany
As the senior director of client service operations, Brittany finds the most rewarding aspect of her role is watching her teammates succeed and helping clients meet their financial goals. The client service team is responsible for much of the behind-the-scenes work in the client experience process, but their impact is felt far beyond. She and her team support Focus advisory teams in various ways: ensuring accounts are properly opened, assets are transferred and maintained accordingly, and custodian relationships run smoothly.
Since joining Focus in 2015, Brittany has held various positions in the operations and service departments and has deep experience in the Focus offering to efficiently service the needs of advisors and clients. She enjoys problem solving and is energized by building strong relationships with advisors and clients. Prior to joining Focus, Brittany worked for The Phoenix Group, which is a company that sells credit card terminals to businesses.
Brittany was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Outside of the Focus walls, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and three children. Most of her weekends are spent at sporting events for her children or traveling with her family.
