Dawn
As the Chief Human Resources Officer for Focus, Dawn is responsible for helping the organization deliver on strategic growth and business goals by building a culture rooted in our values: Passion to Progress, Passion to Serve and Passion to Do Right. Dawn oversees all human resources functions, which include talent recruitment and management, benefits administration, training, leadership development and associate relations. Under her direction, the human resources team ensures associates have the appropriate leadership, feedback, and engagement they need to succeed.
Prior to joining Focus in 2014, Dawn spent seven years as chief recruiting officer for New England Financial. Dawn graduated from Missouri State University, where she earned degrees in marketing and in sales and promotion.
Dawn serves on various committees within Focus and sits on the Board of Directors for Queen of Peace Center, a family-centered behavioral health care provider for women with addiction, their children and families. She also finds great enjoyment in coaching others to personal and professional success as a Dale Carnegie coach.
