Focus Named to Top Workplaces for Tenth Year
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch has announced Focus Partners Wealth as a St. Louis Top Workplace. Rounding out the top ten, we are honored to be recognized as one of 149 winners throughout the region for 2025.
The list highlights the area’s best organizations based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered by a third-party administrator. Learn more about this award.

Top Work Places’ St. Louis Top Workplaces 2025 ranking was awarded in June 2025 based on results gathered during the prior year. Data was gathered by Energage Platform as part of the Pulse Work Survey. It is based on voluntary employee responses to the survey. Organizations must achieve a minimum response rate of 35% to be considered. Energage may use its judgement to rule out questionable results or disqualify organizations. Organizations are grouped by employee size bands. The Workplace Survey results identify the companies that meet the Top Workplaces threshold according to their discretion. They use a proprietary approach that combines their wealth of data and benchmarks with the goal of finding winners that represent cultural greatness. Part of the data provided was submitted by Buckingham Wealth Partners before they joined Focus Partners Wealth in 07/01/2024. No compensation was paid for consideration of this award.
