Alex began his financial career at a private equity real estate firm where he provided asset management and investment analysis for Class-A multifamily development projects nationwide. His responsibilities included analyzing construction costs, development timelines, leasing activity, financial pro forma, cash flows, disposition, and return analysis. Prior to his financial career, Alex served in the U.S. Navy for 12 years as a Lieutenant Commander aboard nuclear-powered fast attack submarines overseeing reactor operations.
