Austin also partners with plan sponsors to evaluate plan design, improve participant engagement, and help maximize the effectiveness of their retirement plan. By combining fiduciary guidance, retirement education, and personalized support, he helps organizations and their employees maximize the value of their retirement plan and make progress toward their retirement goals.
Outside of work, Austin is an avid golfer and enjoys playing competitively in the Midwest. He loves the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
