Bailey brings to Focus Partners Wealth more than eight years of experience in client operations and relationship management, with a focus on creating organized, reliable client experiences. She joined Focus Partners in 2026, where she partners closely with advisors to support client relationships and day-to-day processes to see that they run smoothly across the wealth management lifecycle.
She began her career in legal and financial services, working with high net worth clients across estate planning, tax, and litigation matters. In these roles, she managed detailed workflows, coordinated time-sensitive documentation, and acted as a key point of contact between clients and attorneys, building a strong foundation in precision, communication, and follow-through.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys going to the movies, painting, and spending time outdoors, whether by the water or exploring the city. She is actively involved as a Celebration Volunteer with Make-A-Wish, where she helps bring meaningful experiences to life for children and their families.
