Born in Hong Kong, Carmen moved to the United States when she was 17 and became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2001. She and her husband live in Dundee, Oregon, with their two dogs, Daisy and Luna, bot Maltese-Shih Tzu. Carmen is passionate about tennis. In her spare time, she enjoys building projects. She speaks and reads Chinese and is continuing her studies in Spanish. Carmen and her husband love to travel, and Carmen has visited more than 30 countries.
