Charles
Charles is focused on helping companies and organizations design, deliver, and manage an exceptional retirement plan for their employees. He is especially passionate about guiding employees through their personal finances and giving them clear, practical steps to help build a confident path toward retirement. Because he recognizes retirement plans can feel overwhelming, Charles makes it his mission to simplify the complex. His goal is to help plan sponsors feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the process.
Charles’ experience spans more than 19 years in the retirement plan industry. Before joining Focus, he served in a training and consulting role at Edward Jones.
Charles has a passion for one-on-one mentorship with at-risk youth, having served for many years as a volunteer with both CASA and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. He lives in St. Louis with his wife, Emily, and their three daughters.
