Erik’s formative years were split between Columbus and Middletown, Ohio. In high school, he played baseball and football (yes, seriously) for the nationally ranked Middletown Middies.

- Indiana University - Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Chaired the board of First Miami Student Credit Union
- Has also held roles in brand management at Procter & Gamble, as an officer of Western & Southern Financial Group, and as a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche
