Forrest serves as a Senior Associate Counsel at Focus Partners. Prior to joining the firm, Forrest was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for InterOcean Capital, where he oversaw InterOcean’s compliance and legal functions. Forrest earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. He is a licensed attorney and member of the Illinois Bar.
