Gavin joined Focus Partners in 2026, bringing expertise garnered from his work at Kovitz and TMD Wealth, where he had been since 2016. In his previous role, he was a key member of the leadership team and provided oversight of all operational items for the firm. He played a vital role in building, implementing, and overseeing the firm’s systems, processes, workflows, and procedures.
Prior to that, he was an equity analyst at an independent investment advisory firm in Durango, Colorado. Gavin previously was a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for Fort Lewis College.
