Matthew Efland

Matthew works with a planning-centric team dedicated to creating personalized wealth advice based on each of our clients' goals. He enjoys simplifying complex financial matters, providing guidance, and empowering clients to help make decisions that support their long-term aspirations. Partnering with Wealth Advisors, Matthew helps maintain and enhance client relationships through active participation in the financial planning process.

Prior to joining Focus, Matthew worked as a restaurant General Manager and in civil engineering design for a national consulting firm. These experiences helped him enhance his skills in key areas like financial analysis, management, and customer service, as well as data integrity, compliance, and accuracy.

Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing with friends, woodworking, renovation projects, snowboarding, and the football season.
