About Matthew
Matthew’s passion is empowering others to achieve their life goals through financial advice. He believes in getting to know clients beyond their finances and building strong relationships based on mutual trust. Matthew and his team know that each client is distinct and understanding them on a deeper level is essential to providing thoughtful, customized financial planning. He takes great pride in seeing his advice allow clients to make informed decisions to achieve their personal goals.
Matthew has five years of wealth management experience and previously worked as a Financial Advisor for JP Morgan and Navy Federal Credit Union. Prior to finance, he worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and in professional theatre and film. The highlight of his previous careers must be the time he spent on the street: Sesame Street.
Outside of the office, Matthew is an avid scuba diver, world traveler, citizen scientist, amateur paleontologist, and lifelong student. He currently volunteers as a wildlife rehabilitator near his home on the Shenandoah River in West Virginia.
