Meredith’s mission is to create an exceptional team member experience and support the growth of the firm by overseeing all aspects of human capital management. She is responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new team members, compensation and benefits, performance management, career pathing and development, and promoting the firm's culture. She also works across Focus to help drive scale through process optimization and enhanced organizational efficiency.
Meredith lives in Smyrna with her husband, Jonathan, and their cat, Max. She enjoys traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Falcons and Braves.
