About Nathan
Nathan was a co-founder and principal of Transform Wealth and has spent more than 20 years working extensively in all areas of the investment markets and specializes in asset allocation, portfolio construction, style/sector analysis, strategic and tactical investment strategies, asset liability modeling, and risk exposure analytics.
Nathan started his career in Chicago as an equity analyst at a private equity firm and then as a fixed-income specialist at an investment banking firm. He was a member of Smith Barney’s institutional investment advisory arm, Consulting Group, managing assets for pension funds, foundations, nonprofits, endowments, and insurance companies. He was a partner of a boutique investment banking and equity research firm.
Nathan is passionate about surrounding clients with a team of financial experts and delivering unbiased, individually tailored solutions.
Active in the community, Nathan serves on the Executive Advisory Board at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He has also served on the Finance Committee and Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, a nonprofit dedicated to Colorado’s abused and neglected children. Nathan is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association® and Young Presidents Organization.
Nathan and his wife Sonya are proud parents of three daughters.
