Olivia
Olivia serves clients in our central Phoenix office and originally joined Focus through its merger with Benefit Financial Services Group (BFSG). She plays a key role in supporting advisors and clients through service and operational assistance. Her responsibilities include account management, transaction processing, meeting preparation, client communications, record maintenance, scheduling, invoicing, and event coordination. Olivia aims to provide a seamless, efficient experience for each client.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking, baking, and gardening. During the Christmas season, she takes pride in making tamales and baked goods to share with others. She also enjoys cultivating plants and trees from seed, a hobby that reflects her patience, dedication, and love of learning.
