About Pam
Pam Malek, Head, Business Management at Focus Partners, is passionate about implementing skillful financial solutions to complex situations and applying her keen knowledge of tax and accounting to maximize clients’ positive outcomes. She provides tax advisory and accounting services to major touring acts and Hollywood’s leading talent. With over 22 years of experience in music touring, budgeting, TV, film, production, and managing high-net worth individuals, Pam has represented some of the most recognized touring artists, entertainment executives and TV/Film personalities. She also has experience in selling multiple artists’ catalogs which included publishing catalogs and master recordings as well as public performance rights and SoundExchange.
Prior to merging with Focus Partners in 2019, Pam was one of the founding partners of Glass Malek LLP, a business management firm specializing in the entertainment industry. Formerly, she was a managing director at one of nation’s leading accounting firms ranking at No. 5.
Pam started her career as a CPA in an accounting firm, handling audits, complex tax returns, and traditional accounting. She found her passion of business management in 2001.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters traveling and volunteering.
