About Phillip
Phil joined Focus Partners Wealth in 2026. Previously, he spent 13 years as the operations and support manager at Strategic Capital Advisers, providing back-office support and managing day-to-day operations.
Phil spent his childhood in the suburbs of Illinois until his family moved to Memphis when he was a teenager. After graduating college Phil worked for Ford Motor Credit Company, where he spent the next 11 years. He was very mobile during his years at Ford, relocating to Memphis; Nashville, Tennessee; Charlotte, North Carolina; Atlanta; and Macon, Georgia in his first eight years with the company.
Phil moved to Colorado in 2006 to be closer to his wife’s family. He and his wife Jill have two boys who both play soccer year-round. He enjoys mountain biking, working out, and enjoying time with his family.
