TJ’s educational background and broad work experience brings a unique perspective to the Focus Partners team. He has a particular focus on entrepreneurs, business-owners, and high-net-worth families. TJ’s passion and mission in life is to help his clients achieve financial peace of mind and create a legacy for themselves, their families, and their communities.
TJ joined Focus Partners Wealth in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years with the Northern Trust Denver office. In this role he worked with affluent families to develop comprehensive and customized financial solutions that aligned with their unique goals and objectives. TJ was able to leverage an integrated team of industry experts to deliver dynamic and holistic strategies for each client’s needs.
As a co-founder and Board member of the Good Wood Club, a leadership organization that connects and inspires ambitious and community-oriented professionals in Denver, TJ is passionate about making a positive impact in the city of Denver and the State of Colorado.
In his free time, TJ enjoys spending time with his wife and kids in the mountains and golf courses of Colorado, as well as running, skiing, hiking, and coaching youth sports.
