About Vineeta
Vineeta joined Focus Partners Wealth having previously worked at Kovitz, where she developed and implemented effective and efficient processes and systems that span the organization. She oversaw the client service function, ensuring unparalleled service and operational excellence for every client. Beyond this, Vineeta lead major organizational projects, strategic initiatives, and M&A integrations. As a member of Kovitz’s Executive Committee and the co-chair of the Risk Management Committee, she drew on her understanding of business processes and risks to bolster the firm’s risk management Infrastructure.
Prior to that Vineeta was Managing Director of Global Operations and Client Relations at Harris Associates LP and Vice President of the Oakmark Funds. During her tenure at Harris Associates she served in a variety of roles that helped her broaden her knowledge of investment operations, which enabled her to develop a culture of providing outstanding service to Harris’s global client base. At Harris she was active in several company-wide committees that focused on risk management, business development, audit, data governance, and other operational practices.
Beyond her corporate commitments, Vineeta serves as Board Chair for the LEARN Charter School Network, overseeing 11 associated schools in both Chicagoland and Washington D.C.
In her free time, Vineeta loves traveling and spending time with family and friends in Southwest Michigan.
