About Zinovy
Zinovy leads the development and execution of strategic organic-growth platforms and enterprise growth initiatives at Focus Partners. In this role, he works closely with functional leadership across the organization seeking to ensure growth strategies are integrated, aligned, and sustainable.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Zinovy has held a range of leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Co-President of Focus Partners Wealth (formerly The Colony Group) from 2019 to 2025. Prior to that, he co-led Focus’s Northeastern region, where he was responsible for leading acquisition activities and providing strategic guidance to partner firms to drive both organic and acquisition-based growth.
Before joining Focus, Zinovy spent nearly a decade as a mergers and acquisitions professional. He held investment banking roles at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW) and UBS Investment Bank, and worked at KBW Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on the financial services sector. He began his career in marketing analytics and corporate development roles at a predecessor to JPMorgan.
Outside of work, Zinovy enjoys spending time outdoors and skiing with his family.
